If it is not getting relieved by candid gel, most likely it is due hormone oestrogen deficiency because you it’s already 9 years since you got hysterectomy done. I think local application of some oestrogen cream like evalon cream will help you

No. It may be allergic to you. Better not to use it. There are onitments containing estradiol which will protect the vaginal mucosa functionally. Commonly used one is evalon cream.

Yes, it's post menopausal syndrome consult your gynaecologist to overcome it. And about frequent urination, may be due to vaginal n urethral dryness. Apply evalon vaginal cream. Also do USG and urine test. Best is consult your urologist.

I think you should better consult with a gynaecologist for the expert advice. Oint evalon, twice daily at perineal area is often helpful. Pelvic floor exercises (you can find that in you tube) is also helpful. But detailed examination of your genital system is necessary for diagnosis.
