Yes roti is composed of fibers.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% fat, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

Rice is not a good choice as fiber content is very less. Wheat is a better option. Dalia (crushed wheat) is better option than roti.
