take tab diser twice
take sitcom tablets twice and continue with anorelief cream three times. Plus some laxatives like softovac granules with water. If no relief you need to consult a surgeon and surgery. Regards.

Hello,

Wholegrains, fruits, vegetables, brown rice are good source of fiber.

Non-veg foods ideally are devoid of fiber. You can always combine non veg dishes with plateful of salad to enhance its digestion.
