Hi, please stop this combination cream. Use sunscreen like sunban or photostable every 2 hours when out in sun. You can prefer milder creams with niacinamide or vitamin c or kojic to apply at night for a few weeks. For specific recommendations, please send pictures to me or consult a local dermatologist.

Hello lybrate-user, As of now avoid going in direct sunlight and it’s better to not use tretinoin and hydroquinone and steroid based ointment and plan for symptomatic treatment and if necessary I will suggest you to upload the image of the lesion for diagnosis and further guidance.

This is not a fairness cream that cream is used in some pigmented disease it contains steroids in it which not to be applied on face
before using any fairness cream start using sunscreen daily.

Please stop using this cream as it contains strong steroids which can serious side effects in the long run. Steroid induced acne, photosensitivity, rosacea, atrophy, stretch marks, pigmentation, dryness etc to name a few side effects. Please don't use any such steroid containing fairness creams. You will require treatment to slowly put you off this cream by using some substitute as the skin becomes addicted to the steroid...more
