the exact details of the nature of pain is not clear, headache, leg pain and backache are not fitting in with a single diagnosis. It may be a fibromyalgia type of illness. Take any pain killer sos that is if the pain is severe paracetamol or diclofenac tablet can be taken. It is better to take a regular exerise programme and some relaxation techniques and meditation exercise.
