as for the medicine its a combination of etoricoxib and thiocolchicoside for which you can ask your pharmacist and take one.

gastritis, gastric ulcers are common. Idigestion dyspepsia occurs. Even blood vomiting, blackish stools containing blood may occur. There are medicines like Etoricoxib overdose of which causes kidney problems, even paracetamol sometimes repeatedly used for headche etc may cause liver problem.
