Painful anus mean fissure in ano. Take gut clear 15 ml at bed time. Do sitz bath meaning to sit on Luke warm water for 15 minutes .3 times daily for 2 weeks. Apply anobliss oint around anus before and after defaecation and 3 times daily. Take cefixime 200 mg 2 times dailyv5 days. Take torcoxia bcd 90 mg once daily at bed time for 10 days.

I'm having pain in my right hip from last week, whenever I sneeze it just pains allot, also i'm having trouble in walking, due to lighten no doctor is available near my village, also i'm a patient of rheumatoid arthritis from last two years. My doctor generally gave me sulfasalazine 500 mg tablets whenever there's a lot of pain in other major body joints like shoulder, should I use the same drug.

sulfasalazine is not the drug of choice for rheumatoid arthritis.
He should start you on tab methotrexate and hcq
