I have scorching pain in right knee below patella (no swelling) and right thigh from more than a year. From 3 months the pain is severe with pinching nerve sensation and now the pain extended to low back to below the knee. From 2 weeks the pain is also in pelvic region/groin region. The pain has no response to aceclofenac and thiocolchicoside 4 mg but has very little response to etoricoxib and thio-4.and also no response to 1 week physiotherapy (traction & stimulation) traction is limited for 3 days only as the pain is more all over the leg. I had X-rays of both L-spine and knee both has normal report. What would be the solution? All pain is like needling sensation.

I have patellar tendinitis since may month now I am going to college and walk very slower than turtle. I took carnitwal for few days and now i am taking Rx prevalence and nortriptyline tablets only night for 20 days. Rx etoricoxib with paracetamol tablet s morning night for 9 days. I am being diagnosed by young doctor in govt hospital so kindly help me is there other way to get out of patellar tendonitis. i am also doing static quadriceps physiotherapy in home myself 2 times a day of 30 reps. Kindly help me as it's been 2 months. Can I walk to college and also after this month i am planning to join NCC military what would you say. And how to cure it faster and there is no sun here it's cloudy always. I am mentally feeling mad and depressed.Please advise.

I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis in the year 2004 and I had both my hips replaced in the year 2010. I have been taking sulfasalazine 500 mg twice a day, etoricoxib 90 mg, folic acid tablets, folitrax tabs 2 days a week for almost 15+ years. I have so many side effects because of this and I would want to know if there is any other way to stop taking all these allopathy medicines and yet live a painless life. I have heard from many to switch to naturopathy and improve gut health. These are things which I have no understanding of. Is there a way for me to stop taking these medicines and not deteriorate my situation further? Please advise.

Respected all, my mother is 44 years old and in last gone winter session her kee started pain suddenly which did not occurs during walking but when she sitted on ground it gone high and in night it increases 10 times had concern a doctor he prescribed defcort 6 mg, pregaba 75 methylcobalamin, etoricoxib90 mg ,aceclofenac 100 mg now pain is radiant and whole leg above kee pain a lot seems it spasm she not had slept from last 7 nights. Please help. I am giving her glucosamine msm condotratin + fish oil as supplement not any relief. She has b.p 138/90 taking amlodipine 5 mg eltroxin 50 mcg from last 4years.

There are structures in hip or low back that may cause one to feel pain in the knee (without actually having pain in the knee). This may be ascertained by a thorough examination and evaluation. With the information provided, pain not occurring during walking, but sitting on floor or at night worsens it, the condition may be radiating from low back. I am diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis in 2013. I had right total hip replacement on 4-mar-2020 in mumbai railway hospital, discharged from hospital on 18-mar-2020, returned to ratlam (m.p.) next day. On 21-mar-2020 my right knee started swelling & soon after 8-10 days left knee also started swelling. I have pain sensation on lowest bone of both rib guage occasionally and neck & back pain. Can't visit mumbai due to covid-19. What do you suggest? Can I take prednisolone 5 mg for a week? It proven effective previously, not taken it since a long time. Prescribed meds: saaz 1gm bd etoricoxib 90 mg for pain (not working much). Non-prescribed meds: vitamin-c (orange tabs)

Your condition is clear to me. After thr need physiotherapy. If it's not done then your problem like pain, swelling is not decrease as movement are not be able to achieve. Hi, I'm 53 Y old female having chronic calcific pancreatitis, diabetes and taking medicines for them, both are controlled. But for last 1 year I feel unbearable pain in shoulder joints in night. Middle Finger of both hands bent automatically in the afternoon. Test were done for Gout, but reports suggested no gout. Visited many doctors, Treatment started for rheumatic arthritis, taken medicines like etrik (Etoricoxib), Sazo (Sulfasalazine ),Paracetamol 1000 mg. But nothing worked, only the wysolone worked (as one doc recommended), But it had to stop as doctor suggested. Right I'm helpless as there is no medicine working, neither any doctor giving me a clue. So doctors please tell me which specialization should I consult for this problem. Is there any possibility of any other disease other than rheumatic Arthritis?

45 days ago my mom was suffering from high blood pressure and long period knee pain issue, she is also suffering from thyroid and blood sugar issue. Within 45 days she got a wound in her armpit. When we consult doctor they told us all issues from that wound, they referred to another wound specialist. 1 day before operation her sugar down to 25 to 30. Then a sugar recovered in icu and again told to remove wound first, so we visit referred hospital where a big operation is done within her breast and armpit. Now 30 days happen of operation and we are maintaining sugar level from being down few days ago blood pressure was going normal. But now a pain and a paralysis feel in her west started. We have gone through MRI and get some Neuro doctor's doc take whole spinal, limbs mri and ncv test something like ECG and told us on mri her waist clearly showing twisted but that is from 6-7 years ago, they also told some white substances in her spinal which may be bacterial or tuberculosis infections, my mom is taking aayurved medicine for recovering paralysis effects also taking Neuro medicine Etocox 120 - 1 time Icon-od - 1 time Rb _DSR -1 time Tryptomer 8 mg Also one injection of depomedrol 80 mg one day nitro 2.6 - 2 times ranolz 500 - 1 time dilzem 30 - 2 time ondem 4 - 2 time 1 hr before meal eltroxin 100 mg - 1 time before taking food in morning Mom thinks she is getting better slowly by ayurveda but reality is that she is taking ayurveda from 20 days but condition not improve she walks 2 month before common but now after operation complete she can walk 3 trip a room by Walker, also she feels spasm all time and pain continue until she take ultracet. - 1 time myodril 8 mg - 1 time Suggested by an ortho doctors My problem is don't know how much time she will take many types of medicine and when this pain end for us. Please help sir.

gastritis, gastric ulcers are common. Idigestion dyspepsia occurs. Even blood vomiting, blackish stools containing blood may occur. There are medicines like Etoricoxib overdose of which causes kidney problems, even paracetamol sometimes repeatedly used for headche etc may cause liver problem.
