Sir, I am getting effected by arthritis and feeling pain in my all fingers and back. I feel acute pain when I am idle for long time while rest day or during journey. I had consulted many doctors but no any progress are there. I am taking Etoshine 60 mg. By taking one Tab I find relieve for three to four day. Mostly feeling pain in the morning and evening during sleeping time. Could any body give me suggestion what yo do for its permanent solutions. All the test like HLA- 27, MRI of Spine is negative. urine r/e
x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try-
sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful

Hi ,I am 30 years house wife, I have one kid, months on words I had upper chest pain, I went many doctors, ecg, eco, endoscopy, everything normal.in MRI it shows minor infection in bone, I went to orthopaedic doctor he confirmed it is "costochondritis" Doctor suggested etoshine for 15 days, but I didn't take because the pain is normal, that's y .that to since 3 months I had many tables, after MRI one doctor suggested antibiotics "enzictra, Resun Q-forte, Roximclav,lorecam-p" I had these tables for 5 morning and evening. Now since 3 days on words I had pain on two cheeks and neck sometime back chest below ribs below little pain some times. These all happens in costochondritis? Costochondritis come again and again? I got all tests doctor ECG ECO Endoscopy, everything normal but since 3 months I am having this pain. Upper chest down of collar bone, some times it circulated few seconds, I went many doctors they said only it is costochondritis. Even MRI also I did it show some minor infection in bone, first time they gave every thing fine other, after that they gave minor infection results? After that I went to some multi special hospital one of the senior doctor declared this is 100% costochondritis. And gave etoshine 120.

But I still having pain since 2 and half months, finally I went orthopaedic in Chennai he gave ubicar, Dvion, and etoshine90 medicines, I have thyroid problem I am using thyrox 25 mg, and parocen 12.5, clonotril 0.25 last 2 medicines psychiatric gave. Till now I am suffering from pain. I want what happened to me? What is this problem? How it cures?

Hi, I am 30 years old and I did not get my periods this month though my sex life ia active on weekends. Last month also I got it for just one day and then after few days black spots on my panty. I am also taking medicines like cough shelcal etoshine (painkillers) and uprise d3 from past one n half month. Now I stopped taking these medicines. My partners never release inside. I also took ipill twice during this two months time. This month I did not get only my periods. Usually I get periods before time but from past two months I am nt getting it properly. Does it mean I am pregnant or hormonal imbalance. I could not go to going as I met with an accident and on bed rest. Could you please help me which medicine I should take to get my periods as I am not getting the reason behind it. What should I do.

I am 80 years old male, having almost normal health except mild Hypertension from the last 8/10 years. I am taking one tablets Embeta A.M daily in the morning and my B.P is almost in normal limits of about 80 to 135. I enjoy morning walk for about 40 minutes daily. From last two months I am having neck and lower head pain. My Cervical Spine X-ray AP and LAT view shows reduction in C5-6 and C6-7 Space. I am advised some exercises and Gabapin one tablet, Fitneuron one capsules and etoshine M R one tablet. And one pouch of Vitamin D3 each week. I have about 80 percent relieve. I hope the pain is not radiating into your arms. If not, you can consider asking your primary physician to taper and stop Gabapin over the next few weeks. Other medicines can be continued/tapered as per your physician. The most important measure that will help you in preventing this pain in future is regular stretching exercises of the neck (accompanied by hot fomentation). Nothing extra needs to be done. Do NOT wear a cervical collar, it will worsen your problem. Regards.

Health Query

This month on holi 21st march I got severely injured in my spine as I fell down from stairs on my back side. I am having internal clotting, bloods in my ribs and soft tissues tear. On 26th my periods came but I experienced very less pain and almost less bleeding. But I used pad because it was blood that was not that less to wipe by own. I had bleeding extremely less but everyday like on the second day third day and now on 29th I am having brown discharge as I always experience. Do this injury have to do with this anything? Periods are affected by this or any other reasons. I was taking medicines like. Etoshine 90 mg -chymoral forte -nlyoril 8 mg. Please help can these affect my menses?

Rheumatoid arthritis is not a contraindication for vaccination. People with cardiac/respiratory/renal diseases are advised to take vaccine at the earliest.
If you have any history of drug/food allergy then need to be vigilant regarding those things.
