Stop all the medicines. You need to change to different drugs as both rabetoss d and etozox can cause swelling. Please share if you have any other disease conditions so an alternative can be prescribed. Not sure what the third edicine is-----is there a spelling mistake?

Ankylosing spondylitis is a genetic disorder.
You have to take medicines whenever you have pain. You can additionally try diet therapy, hot fomentation, breathing exercises, mobilisation exercises under supervision of orthopaedic surgeon/rheumatologist.
Still if you have pain you will require medicines.

sazo is a disease modifying drug whereas retoz is an anti inflammatory medicine used for your condition.
These medicines are not steroids.
Keep your immunity high by a balanced diet, adequate sleep/rest and reduce exposure to crowds to prevent risk of covid 19.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
