I have seen the details mentioned. As I understand you have hypothyroidism since 10 years and you are on 125 mcg. However, there is no mention of current t3, t4 & tsh levels. Because if hypothyroidism is under good control then all the symptoms related to that condition are in control. Your condition is clear to me. After thr need physiotherapy. If it's not done then your problem like pain, swelling is not decrease as movement are not be able to achieve. Shoulder pain & armIt is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm.
