First of all there was no need to take Cox 2 inhibitors for such a long time like etoshine, you should have taken it for maximum 10 to 15 days, after that no use, as your body get used to it, it will not help in it's anti inflammatory action, get checked for your Vitamin d levels, thyroid n uric acid to get in to some conclusion, if all comes out to be normal then consult some good physio in your area he or she will tell you core muscle strengthening exercises which can help you in long run.

you are experiencing erectile dysfunction as an adverse effect of the medicines you are consuming for slip disc. There is no vitamin or mineral which can reverse the ed caused by a drug. I would request you to consult your orthopedician or neurologist to suggest you some pill which can help you in getting the erection better, other option is surgical correction (?discectomy) of the slip disc and get rid of the medicines.

I have seen the details mentioned. As I understand you have hypothyroidism since 10 years and you are on 125 mcg. However, there is no mention of current t3, t4 & tsh levels. Because if hypothyroidism is under good control then all the symptoms related to that condition are in control.
