as for the medicine its a combination of etoricoxib and thiocolchicoside for which you can ask your pharmacist and take one.
There are many other companies who manufactures the same formula with their brand name.
Ezact Mr. Etoxib Mr. Coxtian and many more.
Have a talk with pharmacist and take with same formula.

Yes you are right, this drug is mainly given for arthritis related problem.Don't think so it was indicated in this condition.Instead of this an antibiotic course would have been better along with simpler analgesics.

• Use a rolling pin or tennis ball. While seated, roll the rolling pin or ball with the arch of your foot. If you are able to, progress to doing this exercise while you are standing up.
• Toe stretch.
• Towel stretch.
