We as life skills coaches don't prescribe ny medication, for that you need to consult a qualified physician,
I think you should get a thorough body checkup done to rule out all probable symptoms.
You also need to consult a qualified counsellor in your area and take their advice to get yourself released of all emotional trauma you hold within
Symptoms suggests you are too much overworked and anxious

All the problems that you have mentioned are the side effects of the medicine etilaam pro. Irritability, headache, upset bowel all are the after effects of this. Talk to your doctor who has prescribed you this medicine. Don't stop it suddenly. Or ask him to reduce its dose. You need to understand that, these medicines are not good in the long run. I would suggest you to take counseling too along with the medicine. It will really help you out from your anxiety.

Dear lybrate-user,
meditation works excellent to treat with depression & anxiety but mind you it is a very long process. It is a very deep connect of body mind & soul. I suggest please continue the practice without fail. the experience you had is quite enviable because meditation can make you feel like it. In case you are uncomfortable, please do only guided meditation. You can try the headspace app

Compounded by other feelings such as guilt, depression or even boredom, these anxious reactions can result in psychological impotence, the inability to achieve or maintain an erection due to psychological or physiological causes.
