Dear Ankita,
You can take Escitalopram on empty stomach or with food or after food, as long as you don't forget to take it. It is better to connect it with food to remember

nothing will happen don't worry, if feeling sedated, avoid driving. Also etizolam and nextop don't cure the cause of anxiety, better get a more rationale prescription. good luck.

Your fast heartbeats could be due to multiple reasons other than anxiety. Please get it checked by a doctor as it could be serious. For anxiety, instead of medication, try cbt or ipt from a trained therapist. Etizolam is a prescription medication that shouldn't be used without consulting with a doctor.
