You have to cut down your calories. How much you should take, will be calculated from your height and weight. You should do work out like jogging, aerobics, swimming, dance etc. Means intensive workout plus lower calories rich in nutrition should be taken. Drink plenty of water and take fibre rich diet.

These are habit forming and addictive medicines with adverse side effects. Once you form the habit, the dose may have to be increased making it further addictive. I suggest you avoid sleeping pills.. Avoid sleep during daytime. Have early and light dinner so that the food is digested before you go to bed. Don’t do any concentrated mental work thereafter so that your mind is calm and quiet when you go to bed and lingering thoughts in mind don’t disturb your sleep. Keep your bed room comfortably c...more

Your fast heartbeats could be due to multiple reasons other than anxiety. Please get it checked by a doctor as it could be serious. For anxiety, instead of medication, try cbt or ipt from a trained therapist. Etizolam is a prescription medication that shouldn't be used without consulting with a doctor.

Dear Nandlal,
Both are good. Such combination studies are not done usually. So, you can use whichever combination works for you. But at the age of 64, it is better to use etizolam.
