Anxiety is a normal emotion and is universal. under stress some people experience more, the medications you mentioned are symptomatic and nee to be tken continuouslya nd not on need basis. Please get your self evaluated to seek methods to allay anxiety some people have anxious avoidant by nature and in such cases medictions are hardly effective
