It is not necessary that hypertension will be controlled by single drug in all patients. In fact most patients of hypertension require 2 or more drugs to control bp.
Consult your doctor and he will adjust the dose and medicine as per your body requirements.
Donot worry combinations are available so it's not necessary that your tablet number will increase.

Nope. For long term control of sleep, you need to be evaluated for the reason for insomnia and treated properly. Etizola is for short term only, and doesn't change anything. Consult a nearby psychiatrist.

First of all
why are you taking it? Are you having trouble with sleep is that the reason?
First you need to find out whats causing you distress and causing you anxiety or sleep disturbance.
Talk to a therapist to find out
consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling all the best.

Yes you can take etilaam pro, however if you start feeling improvement in anxiety symptoms you should slowly tapper down the dose of etilaam pro tablet and try to stop it once you are comfortable rather than taking it for long time and stay on vilazodone alone for few months.

This medicine is a benzodiazepine, you can taper and stop, but if it required for a long time, this is not the right medicine, you need to consult a psychiatrist and get ssri or snri groups.

We as life skills coach and counsellor can't recommend you any form of medication.
U can do much better by joining some form of yoga or relaxation and by putting more attention on your hobbies and sharing your mind out with close friends or family members.
