Hello lybrate-user. The sleepiness or drowsiness is the effect of the tablet ativan. As it is a sedative.
So taking these vitamins and other medicines will not help.
If you can reduce the dose of the medicine to 1 mg then it would be better.
Also you can take the said medicine. As extra nutritions are always welcome. But take a good vitamin source. Like amway nutrilite daily which is prepared from the natural products. You can consult me at Lybrate for further instructions and treatm...more

Dear sir,

In addition to taking medication for now, try to accumulate other coping strategies as well. Maintaining adequate activity levels are important in recovering from illness such as yours. You may also start psychotherapy as an adjunct with meds. Talk to your doctor for a referral. when you are well without symptoms for a few months, your doctor will reduce the dose of your meds gradually. There may be a time where he may stop the meds as well. All the best

Even after little things (someone making a joke of me or saying hurtful things or fights), it takes me too long to come out of them. Sometimes there is outburst of anger after which immense guilt. I feel very low and demotivated. Mmmy concentration decreases and I feel like crying all the time. I don't feel like eating any food and sit inside my room only and my head aches constantly (k/c/o migraine. Previously taken prophylaxis propranolol 40 mg and amitriptyline 5 mg) it sticks to my mind in a way that I feel suicidal as well and feel like hanging on the fan. I have been getting episodes of anxiety for which I was prescribed etizolam in 2015 and I continue to take that on sos basis. Recently I was made fun of by my parents and I am in not feeling well for the past few days .is there anything that I can do.
