Usually when we discontinue paxidep from 25 to suddenly 0 mg (that is stop )there is a withdrawal effect comprising of uncomfortable symptoms like you are currently having. So ideally it should have been tapered over 2 weeks, a duration by which prodep usually starts having its effects.

if your bp is 132/80 with out taking medicine, then try to avoid medicine. you can your upper level bp 132 by reducing you salt intake, avoiding oily and fried food, no sugar and sweats, 1 hr daily morning walk. all will help to bring down your bp down. thanks
