BP has to be well controlled 130-140/86-90 mmhg, if there is bleeding clamp your non-bony part of nose firmly while sitting, you may use ice cubes also for 3-4 minutes.
Do not take any pain killer.
If still the problem persist consult a physician.

Try to treat the piles, not only to stop the bleeding. Keep you stool soft with stool softner. Sit in warm water with Betadine in it. And use oint Sucral Ano. Twice daily .you should be better.

What about the bleeding now .is that stopped or still there.
