What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2 cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.

1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit.
2. Increasing the fibre in your diet is known to be as effective as injections for preventing further problems
3. Increasing your fluid intake which can help prevent further problems with haemorrhoids

Since you already have Barrett's oesophagus (abnormal change in the cells of the lower portion of the esophagus), an Endoscopic surveillance at routine intervals is advisable. A burning sensation/discomfort localised in the abdomen, may be due to an associated gastritis/duodenitis. You continue with the es-omeprazole as prescribed.
