There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep.
Small and frequent meals is of help.
Keep your blood sugar controlled.

1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Dear User, you could have induced a mild gastritis due to drinking coffee. To be on the safer side it is better to get an ECG done if you are feeling breathless or have any type of discomfort. Please try analyzing what is causing you such symptoms, it could be food/ dust/ any other allergy
and reason for headache could be anything --- you are a high bp patient, that could be one big reason, then it could be dns, or sinusitis.
