By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?How is your appetite?R you constipated or having loose stools?

Hello,
In case you have chest pain, it is advisable to have a Ecg done to rule out cardiac involvement.
You can continue taking esoz 40 twice daily empty stomach for next 4 days, then once daily for a week.
Avoid spicy food and excessive tea, coffee.
Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
If further advice needed, consult directly

Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.

TSH 7.7 mU/L shows that your hypothyroidism is not well controlled. The present dosage of thyroxine is inadequate. It needs to be increased by at least 12.5 mcg, then check TSH again after 6 to 8 weeks. TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L to be free from all the symptoms of hypothyroidism. Furter the treatment is to be continued for lifetime. There is no question of stopping it any time. Thanks.
