Eslo (amlodipine) should not be taken in pregnancy. There are other medicines like labetalol and methyldopa which should be taken for high BP in pregnancy.

Little bit difference. Side effects like swelling over legs is less with S-Amlodipine, Also efficacy is little superior of S-Amlodipine but if her BP is controlled with Amlodipine you can continue with that.

you can be shifted from one to the otherif BP is staying out of range. Usually BP should be checked once every month on fixed dates after resting for ten minutes. Medicine should be changed after 3 month trial and only if it is not achieving desired BP
amlodipine is slow strong effect. Losartan quicker but milder.

1.amlodepine, losartan and hctz are antihypertensives. 2.metoprolol is usually added for cardioprotection (there must be an ecg abnormality).
3. Nitroquick is to relieve anginal chest pain.
4. Ejection fraction is slightly on the lower side for a young adult. Can be normal for an old person.
