The reason might be due to many causes. Commonest here would be a stroke involving temporal lobe, leading to aphasic speech (irrelevant), which can be confirmed by a mri scan of the brain. Second reason can be due to dementia, which happens to shrinkage of the brain affecting recent memory and which is caused/ aggravated by the sleeping pill, alprazolam. Weight reduction can not be done over night.
You have to take it as a way of life.
Do diet control. No sugar in tea, coffee, milk etc. No sweets
take small frequent feeds. When you get used to it, skip one meal.
You should do non weight bearing yoga exercises.
Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises
it may have to be further investigated
make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
