Hi, eukroma and revise cream have hydroquinone and tretinoin respectively both of which are to be used for a short duration of time for specific indications. The combination of eukroma and revise will be too harsh on facial skin so is not advisable. Reverse pigmentation and skin sensitivity can be the potential side effects if not properly used.

Hi lybrate-user. I strongly advise you to immediately stop using that cream and consult a Dermatologist. The redness on your face is a side effect of using that fairness cream for so many months. Ideally it is prescribed for hyper pigmentary conditions of the skin and to be used for only 3 weeks. Since you have used for 9 months, you are experiencing redness of face. Hello, lidocaine is classified as a category B drug, so safe to be used in pregnancy and lactation. In your case, it is just a topical use (cream), so the absorption into the body systemically and its secretion in breast milk is very less and would not pose any such risk for the infant during breast feeding.
