Yes you can apply this ointment at the entry of female genital area. But there are other options available like vagisil gel which can be applied over the male private and female private parts both, without decreasing the sexual pleasure.

U can use regularly for short term duration bt don't continue for life time. During acute presentation you can apply .u can continue stiz bath regularly and make your diet very light .don't take too much spicy food .less non veg .eat more food which contains fibre and take plenty of water.

The fissure is due to chronic constipation, acute fissures can be managed with a sits bath, avoiding constipation and using some local ointment. Fissures with skin tag and long-standing fissure ie chronic fissure need surgery.
