If you take medicines for the diseases you will not suffer serotonin syndrome .Antidepressants associated with serotonin syndrome include:
selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as Celexa and Zoloft.
serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), such as Effexor.
tricyclic antidepressants, such as nortriptyline and amitriptyline.

As you may be already aware, Escitalopram is an antidepressant (SSRI group of medication) & is considered to be one of the safest antidepressants & one with least side effects. Hi, both these medicines are not known to cause any damage to sperm count. What you should do is an analysis of your semen from a good, nearby pathology laboratory. If count and other parameters are normal, you can take a chance on going ahead with family.
