Dear Ali,
It is always better to discuss with your doctor before you decide to stop. Your symptoms may be withdrawal of Feliz S or due to your original mixed anxiety depression disorder.
However, now that you are okay with 5 mg, continue with it and consult your doctor again.

We understand your condition. It seems like the anxiety you experience at work is sometimes very high and that you feel restless and anxious with great amounts of work. Stress tolerance seems to be an issue here since coping with larger amounts of work is hampering your psychological well being. It can help to consult a counsellor. If you have not started using feliz-s 10 as your doctor has suggested, kindly start using that medication as it may be able to help you. We understand your frustration regarding medications and believe that they can help you in the future if you are able to cope with stress during the daytime much better and also sleep better at night (both quality and quantity-wise). If you feel a consultation online will be much more beneficial, we advise you to do so as soon as possible.

Dear,
Depression is a state of mind, reacting to missing something expected. This means he is anxious about something. Medications do work on the symptoms but try to understand the problem.
Try to fix up an appointment to discuss.

Dear Lybrate user,
its good that your husband is responding to treatment. Side effects are inevitable part of any treatment. However we can find ways to reduce them by modifying the medicines and adding on counselling. Don't worry. Feel assured. Fix an appointment with a psychiatrist either in person or through tele consultation. You will get appropriate guidance.
