Dear Ali,
It is always better to discuss with your doctor before you decide to stop. Your symptoms may be withdrawal of Feliz S or due to your original mixed anxiety depression disorder.
However, now that you are okay with 5 mg, continue with it and consult your doctor again.

We understand your frustration regarding medications and believe that they can help you in the future if you are able to cope with stress during the daytime much better and also sleep better at night (both quality and quantity-wise). Dear lybrate-user, the anxiety will continue to fade away. It is common for it to peek once in a while. Right now, it is important to learn some techniques to manage anxiety. The simplest would be mindful breathing, you should look it up. Also, make sure you are eating on time, sleeping on time and that you get some exercise everyday. If the anxiety persists, please report it to your psychiatrist. Make sure you take your prescribed medication. You will be okay.
