1. Eat well – a) Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% fat, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits.
B) Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside.

It is due to obesity, chronic constipation and raised intra abdominal pressure. Reduce your weight if you are overweight, avoid constipation by taking fruits, plenty of green leafy vegetables, vegetabl, beans, pulses, cereals and take plenty of water. If you are having piles apply anovate ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool.
