Hi lybrate-user!
Acne may be of different grades. Mild acne can be managed by just creams and ointments. Severe acne requires oral medications. And you may have developed resistance to erythromycin now hence Erytop not working. Kindly send me a photograph so that I can assess your acne severity and suggest accordingly. The treatment should be done for a duration of 3-4 months for good and long lasting results.
