Hypothyroidism is a hormone (Thyroxine produced by Thyroid gland) deficiency disorder. Since this hormone is required for many vital metabolic functions in the body every day, plus also needed for normal functioning of brain, needs to be supplemented every day for life time. There is no cure. So pease continue giving the tablets.Plus it is essential to maintain TSH around 3 to 4 mU/L to remain free from symptoms of the disease. Thanks.

Please don't use antibiotic without consulting doctor, it increases the risk of resistance for the antibiotic.
This decrease the effectiveness of antibiotics over a period of time.
Take steam with karvol plus and saline gargle twice daily
