Yes, eritel ch has a compound which has a diuretic action, that makes you urinate more. And now since your BP is low, you can switch to just Eritel as this does not have the diuretic action, hence your BP may revert back to normal. Also make sure you have adequate intake of water also. The values of blood glucose mentioned show that diabetes is fairly controlled. Ideally fasting should be <100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & HbA1c%<7. As regards BP systolic should be a bit lower, closer to 130 mm. And diastolic closer to 80 mm. TGL level is high. We may have to give a closer look at all the drugs and see if anything can be improved. By simple modifying the lifestyle almost everything can be corrected. Brother,
BP is on the lower side. I feel you should stop BP medicine. Keep on monitoring BP daily, At this age if it crosses 140/90 , Then you can start Tab Eritel 40 mg Once daily but monitoring BP is important.
