Dear sir, your BP seems to be uncontrolled with your current medicine. Apart from increasing the dose or adding another one you need do follow strict diet and exercise which should be at least half an hour of walking. Please avoid added salt and salt rich foods. Do yoga/ relaxation, sleep adequately and avoid stress and anxiety. I hope you have checked your cholesterol, blood sugar and renal function and they are fine. Hope you to do well with my advice. May be due to anxiety. Suggest but eritel and LN as separate tablets. Skip one for few days and then the other. It may identify the culprit if medicine is causing problem.

Need to workup the cause. Check cbc, rft, lft, s.tsh, urine routine and microalbumin, ecg and 2 d echo. If these factors are excluded cause may be medicine related. Need to review with reports.
