Endometriosis is presence of endometrial lining at other places. It could be in the ovary, tube, parametrium etc. It is usually managed by gynaecologists by using hormonal tablets and pain killers. Is symptoms not controlled or difficult to distinguish from cancer especially ovarian then surgery may be considered. I would be able to opine better if you send me the reports. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.

Methergin will arrest bleeding but it does not help in expulsion. Get an ultrasound done to see if there is any remnant. Though if there is no bleeding then most likely the uterine cavity is empty. Yet that may be only for while. So your best bet is to go for usg.

It is just a temporary solution and will never cure PCOD.
Better take Homoeopathic treatment. It can cure it and improve general health and avoid future problems.
