Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

First of all, I am so sorry to hear that you had a seizure recurrence even after a successful course completion of anti seizure medication. But honestly I should share you the true statistics: almost 30-40 percent of patients (varies among different literature) may have seizure recurrence after successfully completing anti epileptic course. The medications listed above are prescribed for seizures (Epilepsy). You are experiencing side effects of these medications. Do not abruptly stop these medications, as you can have seizure. Discuss with your doctor, who will after taking into consideration many factors like total number of seizures, last seizure, any brain abnormality on Imaging, past response to treatment, etc decide upon the future medications.

As you describe it may be Febrile Convulsion, convulsion (which is also called as "Kheech" Mirky" or "Zatke ki bimari") after high grade fever. Febrile convulsion is common in children age 6 months to 6 yrs. If there is not loss of consciousness or other complication, no need do any further investigation. If your mother is on regular medications with eptoin 300 mg daily for the last three years and has not had any seizure since 3 years. (i. E. Its 3 years complete after she had her last seizure), stopping medications can be considered.
However it is always advisable to consult your treating physician to gradually taper the dose according to age, serum drug levels and eeg status. If she has a breakthrough seizure she might have to continue the withdrawn dose.

Some anti epileptic drugs like valparin result in weight gain. If the child is seizure free for more than 2 years you can stop the drugs by gradually tapering.
