She is having epilepsy. Medicines are OK if these are controlling your fits. You are also having multiple pains which may be due to some illness anxiety. You may get benefit from counseling.

Hello lybrate-user! consult with a physician before starting the medicine.
There are other treatments for hair fall if you can’t take finasteride tablet. These are injectable like prp, mesotherapy. There is low level laser light available which you can use at home. For further information consult a trichologist.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user. I hope you want to say Mirgi ki bimaari matlab Convulsions.
Your baby has small head size and convulsions. Also baby is recieving Epival which is a good anti epileptic drug. Your baby also underwent MRI brain twice. This all suggests that she has some organic and functional problems which is not good for me to guess without examining your child and going through all the investigation reports. So it is not possible to comment on prognosis of the disease.

You have to be under neurologist /cardiologist care. Kindly have regular check=ups with them--tell the above problems to them--have investigations and treatment as they prescribe. Don't go for over the counter drugs for these problems. You can have a good normal life with regular prompt supervised treatment. Be happy and confident.

They are different type of drugs and in your case need both to be taken. Keep seeing your neurologist every 3 months he will recognise side effects like weight gain etc. Also read the instructions with the packet it will tell you side effects.

I recommend stick to a doctor you can visit personally,do not seek prescription from some one,who is unreachable to diagnose your daughter.

Then change the neurologist, as hair loss in your age is highly depressing. There are wonderful new anti-epileptics which act without causing hair loss. A good doctor understands the need of the patient and tailors the drugs accordingly. If there is no other option he can tell like that, since other options are there and he is not willing to use them, you have no other option other than to change the neuro.
