Dear user, you have constipation. This will lead to feeling bloated, and you will have severe abdominal discomfort. If you strain too much, you might get a hemorrhoid. Drink more water and have food and fruits rich in fibre content eg bananas, nuts, guavas, apples etc. Reduce intake of maida based products like parathas, breads etc. Try to exercise or walk for 30 mins a day.
