Sticky stools or steatorrhoea is found in disorders with poor fat metabolism or fat absorption, some specific kinds of sprue or gut infections, 4 mm kidney stones is a manageable entity ,location of stone is more important as with urgency of treatment. - have more of fibre containing foods like vegetables & fruits, whole grains instead of processed ones, legumes, pulses, sprouts, nuts
- avoid fried, spicy & junk food
