Hello, Concor is an anti-hypertensive medicine and it can, in some subjects, cause bradycardia. I would recommend that you consult your physician for a detailed discussion and a thorough cardiac evaluation before reaching to any conclusion and change of medicines. Best wishes thanks.

Dear Rahul,
Agomelatine is a good drug for you without respiratory depression, for natural sleep restoration and no day time drowsiness. As you have mentioned, it will take some weeks to work. The dose may be increased after 3-4 weeks. Please continue Valproate and Lamitor daily without fail to prevent mania.

Sweet smelling urine has various causes from just a lack or fluid intake, infections, metabolic diseases, presence of rare organic/ inorganic elements in urine etc. Rather than speculating reasons for it, it would be more appropriate to consult a physician get the examination and investigations done.
