Dear all you need is healthy diet
On a daily basis consume
3 bananas +3 glasses of milk + 2 eggs + a fist of ground nuts in between your regular breakfast lunch and dinner. Maintain meal timings for every 2-3 hrs.
Include foods such as 2-3fruits/day, a cup of sprouts, or a cup of sweet corn, etc

just check the constituents, if it says syrup base having glucose / any sugar, it will increase the sugar levels of a diabetic person.

you are very right about normal range of tsh levels. At 8.5 milli units/ml, with normal t4, the condition is classified as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. This normally is not treated with any drugs.
