A-around 15% of pregnancies gets miscarried, that is nature's rule. You should avoid next pregnancy for 6 months from the last abortion. Chances of repeat abortion or pretem delivery increases if one becomes pregnant within 6 months of miscarriage. Also if abortion/ miscarriage was caused by any viral infection, then it will get cured automatically within 3 months time. Use contraception for 6 months. Hormonal tests and hsg are normal. So, the most likely cause may be unresponsive endometrium (the uterus not responding). So, we need to confrim this disease and treat it before future pregnancy.

if you haven't got period since 2 month than please rule out pregnancy first. if it comes negative than nothing to worry I will give medicine to get periods

You should get hysteroscopic myomectomy ,6.5 cm submucosal fibroid may cause problems in further pregnancies, get it removed hysteroscopically.
