8 Months 18 days baby have runny nose and dry cough inside, Our doctor recommended NASOMIST SALINE DROP AND LEVOTER-M KID SYRUP, but facing dried cough and runny nose? Is it ok to go with it or something extra needed. Kufril - ls syrup is used for cough.

Is it a dry cough or with expectorant.
If it's dry then give him asthakind -dx if not dry and with expectorant give him asthakind.

Levocet can be used in breast feeding
even though it excretes in breast milk there are no studies which show this effects the infant
ambeoxol shouldn't be used.

Administering Terbutaline for a long duration is certainly not advised. Try homoeopathy instead for better results and no s/e.

Yes you can take relent.
Alternate is syears ambroxol + bromhexine + terbutaline 5 ml tds.
It will not make to dry

You can use it, but instead use brozeet-ls after doctors consultation. And if the weight is 5 kg of 1 year old child ,than its way too less tha normal. Weight of child should be around 11. 5 kg.get pediatrician consultation.
