Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the points mentioned. I understand that your mother has cough and she is on amoxy=clavulanic acid 625 and some cough syrup. However, there is no mention about the dosage of amoxy+ clav 625 (how many times a day). Plus whether the blood glucose is in good control or not. Not all cough syrups are not to be avoided and the duration of pregnancy is more important and she needs antibiotic also if there is infection.

Your child has an infective cough and needs an antibiotic and Magnakof is only expectorant and you need to give antibiotic like MOX Clav syrup. 5 Ml twice daily can be given for 7 days

Yes there is no harm in using Ecosprin , its a pain killer, anti platelet and fever drug. It will work faster than ibuprofen and diclofenac.
