Enzoflam contains diclofenac. While ketoral dt contains ketorolac. Both of these constituents belongs to same class of nsaids (anti-inflammatories) in short pain killers. So avoid ketoral while you are taking enzoflam. Also, have the tablet after food. These group of drugs may sonetimes lead to gastritis / dyspepsia / gastric upset.

You can see dolo is paracetamol but the dose is important. Paracetamol can be taken in 500 mg too. And other doses. But do try to have gap of atleast 6 hours between two pcm doses.

Yes a paracetamol be given after 1 hour of sumo (paracetamol 325 mg 100 mg nimesulide) if fever does not decrease . you may also need antibiotics if you have infection of the chest or anywhere
