Hi,
try to understand the problem is constipation which causes cracks or cut called as fissure. What ever medicine you take are for your acute problems like pain, bleeding.if your having repeated episodes of these I will advice you to get examine by a surgeon and for a permanent solution its a small surgery which can be done in day care but its advised only in acute condition.

Pain killers should not be indiscriminately used. Otherwise bad effects may be caused. Get it regularly checked. Till then use sphatik bhasm, turmeric powder, dashansanskar chooran as tooth powder with few drops of pure mustard oil. Also do oil pulling by irimedadi tel + lavang tel.

You need to visit the dentist again.
If pain don't go in 72 hrs then it is mandatory you visit the dentist again.
Dentist will put zinc oxide pack or alveogyl pack dressing.
For three sittings and few steriods tablets or antiinflammatory tablets for three more days depending what your dentist had given you before, during and after your tooth removal, then only your pain and discomfort will go.
