colonoscopy, sugar,tsh, ultrasound,hb tcdc all report normal endoscopy shows h pylori positive ,taking medicine but loose motion going on. currently I am taking omez-d, bifilac hp, pancreatin but not rid from loose motion. When I taking rifagut 400 my loose motion controlled but not taking rifagut give me loose motion please tell me what happened to me.

You have to take rifagut 400regular.
One course of tab oz two times a day after food for five days.
Unienzyme two times a day after food for three weeks.
Bifilac sachet two sachet per day it's lactobacillus. Found in curd but that is diluted. Diet is culprit, control your toung.
Consult a diatician who guide you proper diet how many calories you need in what form.

I am a chronic pancreatitis patient. I had visited twice to CMC vellore. After all investigation they prescribed me to take two tablets regularly named pancreatin and pantoprazole. I have taken those for three years. Now I am taking only pantoprazole. Last 2 years is has happened hemoglobin gradually decreasing ,even upto 5-6 mlgm. It is raised to normal after taking livogen tablet (Iron & folic acid) being suggested by a hematologist. Is this downfalling is related to pancreatitis?

The fall in hemoglobin can be attributed to blood loss or lack of blood forming due to absence of iron in food . In your case gastritis may be causing small amounts of blood loss via the intestines and hence the anemia

My brother is 20 years old and he suffered from acute pancreatitis 3 months ago. He was admitted in hospital where he was kept nill by mouth and given ivf for 1 week. After that he was discharged from hospital and advised to take enzar hs capsule. After 2 months he was checked again and found it has not been cured yet. They performed mri and found that pancreas is badly damaged and there is well encapsulated t2 hyperintense collection with multiple t2 hypointense necrotic debris within is seen in the neck and head area of pancreas and middle portion is compressed. Although the reason for his pancreatitis has not been found as he is non alcoholic and there is no stone either. Doctors said it is not curable completely. He can develop diabetes, jaundice, fever because of this in future and he can again get the attack of pancreatitis. Doctors advised to continue taking enzar hs capsule and they will perform sonography every month to check if it is cured or not. So I want to ask is he undergoing right treatment? Isn't it curable completely?

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. With h/o acute pancreatis there is no insulin secretion. Hence no oral medication can work. Because the oral drugs act either by stimulating beta cell to secrete insulin (by different methods) or by reducing insulin resistance. Hello sir, I have sudden increase mild lipase level to 74u/l.normal in 64u/l its first time that's high. Amylase level always under 120 u/l.since 20 months I always check these levels. Now yesterday in the evening I have very disturbed my abdomen gas bloating pain. Pain after eating food. I have taken medicine enzar forte. I have pain in the abdominal muscle.
