Hello, I am 33 male and have been diabetic for 1.5 years now. My hba1c is 7.5 and fasting sugar levels are 130 and ppbs are 117. I have recently consulted a endocrinologist and he suggested me to take enzar forte for 1 month along with janumet 50/500is it safe for me to take enzar forte?

I have seen the details mentioned. The suggested tablet is just a digestive one which can help the digestive system for better function. It has got nothing to do with blood glucose levels. You may take it as it is quite safe. Thanks.

My brother is 20 years old and he suffered from acute pancreatitis 3 months ago. He was admitted in hospital where he was kept nill by mouth and given ivf for 1 week. After that he was discharged from hospital and advised to take enzar hs capsule. After 2 months he was checked again and found it has not been cured yet. They performed mri and found that pancreas is badly damaged and there is well encapsulated t2 hyperintense collection with multiple t2 hypointense necrotic debris within is seen in the neck and head area of pancreas and middle portion is compressed. Although the reason for his pancreatitis has not been found as he is non alcoholic and there is no stone either. Doctors said it is not curable completely. He can develop diabetes, jaundice, fever because of this in future and he can again get the attack of pancreatitis. Doctors advised to continue taking enzar hs capsule and they will perform sonography every month to check if it is cured or not. So I want to ask is he undergoing right treatment? Isn't it curable completely?

Acute necrotizing pancreatitis post op diabetes. Operated in may'22 ongoing medications enzar hs 1-1-1, istamet 50/500 0-1-1 and ayurvedic medicine as alternative medicine. Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. With h/o acute pancreatis there is no insulin secretion. Hence no oral medication can work. Because the oral drugs act either by stimulating beta cell to secrete insulin (by different methods) or by reducing insulin resistance. Hi Sir,I am a 24 year old male. Since my childhood, when I used to take breakfast in the morning, it causes barking cough and vomiting after I finish my food. I noticed this to be happen when I am in hurry, like I have my office starting from 9: 30 in the morning. But in the weekends or the other days when I do not have any schedule this doesn't happen. I drink and smoke occasionally. After few days I felt something irritation happening in my stomach and the food I was having that time was not getting digested. Everyday acidity was forming. Suddenly one day I have seen blood in my stool, and the stool color was dark brown. And now the stool color and shape is getting changed everyday. Now I have stopped taking alcohol, smoke and junk food. My doctor told me to continue with the previous medicines those are mentioned above. I started taking it 2 days before. Acidity is not happening but after a bowel movement in a day I feel something is happening in my stomach and I feel light cramp in the rectum for a very short time. Can you please suggest me whether it is going to be alright? I have a mild hypertension and anxiety.
